Service is exceptional and the pricing is better than big box stores on both my summer and winter tires. I had an issue with some liquid sealer that I put in my tire. They helped me out for free even though it took about an hour to figure it out. Highly recommend!
Shirzad provided impeccable service to my in-laws vehicles, they originally scheduled us in for 10AM but arrived at 930 and they completed the installation in 18 minutes. In addition to fast and efficient service, they have the best price in town and you feel no pressure to buy. We offered to provide the credit card as a deposit for the falken tires but he required nothing. Overall an excellent experience purchasing and have tires installed by Sorat Wheels and Tires.
Amazing selection of tires. No one in town had my BMW i3 specialty tires in stock. Sorat had them in stock, got me in within 2 hours of my call and the price was 30% below what BMW quoted me. I’d go back 100%. Highly recommend this business. Professional. Quick. Great pricing.
I was shopping for wheels for new winter tires on Thanksgiving weekend, and submitted a request for more info through the web form. Minutes later, Shirzad replied suggesting the wheels I'd chosen weren't appropriate for winter use as the road salt would pit the finish, then provided several alternatives. A day later I'd chosen a wheel, and again, Shirzad replied within minutes giving me a price-up. I confirmed the order and he said it would take 1-2 weeks for everything to arrive. 5 days later (on a Sunday!) he emailed again to let me know the tires were mounted on the wheels -- when would I like to have them installed? We booked a time and when I got there, it took them a mere 15 minutes to get them installed, with my summer wheels bagged and in the car.

Called for a quote to check if they had the 2k worth of tires. Short answers and impatient! - He accidently didn't hang up and heard him tell his buddy "Wow that guy talked so much" - My call was 03 mins 24s and that's with him looking up the tire prices. If they can't spare 3 minutes before you pay, I can't image what happens after you pay. Took my money elsewhere.
